1:  We promise to do our best for your business

We will work closely with you to gain a thorough understanding of your business and its competitive landscape. We will also keep up-to-date with advances in search engine technology and algorithms, so we can provide you with campaigns that achieve the results you need.

2:  We will make the expected results clear

From the beginning of each campaign we will be open and realistic about the results you can expect. We will not make false promises to you or tell you we can achieve a result that isn’t possible.

3:  We will make sure you are treated fairly

There may be times when we are working with several clients from the same or a related professional field. If this should happen, we will treat each client equally, not showing favoritism towards any client. If we believe there could be a conflict of interests we may arrange for your campaign to be handled by a different account manager to ensure everyone gets our best professional attentions at all times.

4:  We will respect your privacy

We will never discuss your business, or any digital marketing activities we are undertaking on your behalf, with anyone who is not involved in your campaigns, either inside or outside our organization.

5:  We will maintain the good reputation of your business

We will make sure our marketing activities on your behalf comply with search engine guidelines. We will stay up-to-date with guidelines issued by search engines and online directories, to make sure that your business remains as visible as possible and is never penalized for using unethical marketing methods.

6:  Our work for you will be legal and original

We will make sure that all work produced by us on your behalf is original and tailored to you. We will make sure to the best of our abilities that no copyright is infringed and that due credit is always given to the person who has done the work. We will always act in accordance with best business practices as defined by local, national and international legislation.

7:  We will represent you honestly and fairly

We will make sure all information we make available online relating to your business is accurate and never knowingly mislead your customers. We will also be honest with you about the skills and experience we have and the methods we use in order to achieve the best results for you.
